There are two comfortable bedrooms - one with a King bed and the second with a Queen bed. Plus there's a neat and tidy bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans for added comfort.

The kitchen is modest and functional, equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and everything needed to whip up easy holiday meals. Location-wise, it doesn't get much better - the apartment is located right next to Murray's beach with direct beach access across from driveway. You're just a short stroll from the local favourite Hilltop Store Café, and only a few minutes' drive or a 9 minute scenic walk into Sawtell, known for its buzzing pub, great restaurants, boutique shopping, and the beloved historic cinema.

Whether you're planning lazy days on the sand or salty surf sessions, followed by long evenings enjoying Sawtell's relaxed village charm, Beachside Banksia is the perfect base.
