Set on tranquil riverfront acreage just 20 minutes from Coffs Harbour and the airport, this unique property features five beautifully styled dwellings that together accommodate up to 31 guests. (an additional dwelling can be booked upon request taking the total of guests up to 35). Please contact our office if the additional dwelling is required.

It's the perfect setting for wedding parties, large family gatherings, sporting teams, or corporate retreats looking for a peaceful yet luxurious escape in nature.

Each dwelling has been individually designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring plush bedrooms, luxe bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchens with coffee machines, ovens, microwaves, toasters, kettles, and more - everything you need for a relaxed, self-contained stay.

Spacious living and dining areas, along with large TVs and thoughtful details, ensure your group feels right at home.

The property itself is a natural playground. Wander along the riverbanks, enjoy a group game on the lawn, or unwind with a glass of wine around one of the many communal firepits. A limited number of kayaks are available for guest use, and the river is a favourite for fishing and birdwatching. If the beach is calling, it's only a short drive away.

For groups wanting a central gathering space, a marquee can be hired (or bring your own) to create a hub for meetings or shared meals. We can also help coordinate catering, food trucks, or connect you with our Barefoot Conference team to tailor an unforgettable executive retreat.
